It’s a little city about 30 minutes outside of downtown Austin and it is right on the water in the middle of hill country. You are close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Lakeway is somewhere that you can live full time and still be around the city.

Lakeway, TX is one of the most desirable places in Austin to live. It has beautiful topography with rolling hills and you are close to the water with lots of outdoor water activities. When looking at neighborhoods in Lakeway, you have older Lakeway and the new construction Lakeway with two of the new construction neighborhoods being Rough Hollow and Sweetwater.
Bee Cave, TX has some great land activities like its 50 acres central park, the sculpture garden, Galleria and so much more. The topography in Bee Cave is gorgeous with lots of trees, hills and views everywhere. The neighborhoods in Bee Cave are Falconhead, Falconhead West (which are older communities) and Provence.
